Ray Scott started Mayfair Building Services in 1990 – and is still heading the team that delivers his vision along with Paul Reynolds who joined the company in 1992 and is also a director.

“We take every contract as a challenge – and we always meet the programme deadlines,” says Ray Scott with pride.
 
Having worked in the industry for many years he launched Mayfair because he felt clients deserved a more personal service together with a professional approach.  “I knew that I could deliver good service and had plenty of experience so I started building a team that had the same values.”

Mayfair Building Services now operates throughout the UK and also in France, Germany and Belgium.  The company gained accreditation to the NICEIC in 1996 and specialises in the commercial and industrial sectors, although in more recent years they have expanded their services into retail, including working in such prestigious organisations as Harrods.

As Ray Scott observes “35 years within the industry means I have experience of most things and my team are all experienced within the industry, knowledgeable and highly skilled.  Between us we can deliver a comprehensive and flexible service for any project.”
